What a nice break in the rainy weather. It was just long enough to have our plant exchange, for neighbors to be neighborly and for new people to find out how to get involved with the garden that is coming soon. We have some really talented gardeners in the hood and, as a result, we now have a pretty healthy selection of plants that can go in the sidewalk median at next Sundays work party. I was headed back to the CG to plant up a few hanging baskets with the leftovers when , in true Oregon form, it started to hail! I had to wait it out with a cup of tea and my Olive dog.
